They were prompt responding to my requests and provided excellent customer service.

I sourced a hard to find engine from SW Engines. They sent me a quote in an email and I called and spoke with Joe. I placed an order for the engine. Received an email to fill out shipping information and received further shipping information. Once I receive the engine and inspect it I will leave a final review. So far so good.

Despite the rumors I went ahead and placed an order, that being said I am fairly impressed! I received the transmission in under a week and it arrived in great condition. I would definitely recommend based on my experience! Smooth process all around.

ordering was great but I am still waiting for shipment. I hope soon costing me money waiting the garage is getting impatient once I get the motor and inspect it i will write another review good or bad I am hoping good

I rate as a three as of right now a order at the engine March 3rd everything got processed March 4th I heard from them to the 7th haven't heard from them since. The ordering process was fairly quick and easy financing was easy if you need it financing. But I have yet to hear anything from shipping which it does say 7 to 14 business days which they are open 7 days a week they claim. But I have had nothing since the 7th of March I would like to be more updated I'm going to give it till the 24th of next week and then I may cancel not sure if I have not heard anything.

The engine I needed was is stock with lower mileage. The transaction was quick and easy.

The only issue I have is I think they should have more engines to choose from

The ordering process was very professional and went really fast. I will be leaving another review once I receive my product. I would like to see updated information on the product for shipping. I ordered my engine two weeks ago and am still waiting on shipping information to relay to my shop technician.

SWENGINES are very decent. I like the fact that you can find what you are looking for and if cannot pay upfront that they option for payment and still get what you need plus a warranty on your purchase.

The whole process was professional, yet friendly. They made everything very informative and easy to do. I am very pleased with my experience with SW Salvage.

Ordered a 3.0L supercharged Audi engine for a client and it showed up pretty fast, was able to get the vehicle on the rack and remove the engine by the time it showed up and get the new one in. Popped the valve covers to inspect and it was definitely a well taken care of engine and we had no worries plopping it in. Process was smooth from beginning to end, definitely recommend SWEngines and will be getting much more engine from them in the future. Client is happy with how fast everything went and how smooth his new engine is!

They were extremely helpful in finding me a transmission with low miles on it. I love that they guarantee their parts. And the financing was fast and easy. Would recommend.

The technician was nice and polite. She Seem to be very knowledgeable about the product. Very satisfied with the service so far.

Engine received was in great condition and packaged correctly for shipping. Engine started and ran smooth with no smoke or malfunctions.

My experience was great. I just don't like waiting so long on the product. I thought the product was available and ready to be shipped. I know it said 7 to 14 days, but it seems like that is when it will be available and more days to ship. Overall I'm happy that you all had the product with payment options.

Allen was competent, very responsive and courteous. He knows the business very well and answered all my questions. I had many questions. I have not received an email yet regarding shipping and tracking. I will be doing another review after receiving and installation of the engine and transmission.

I was very pleased with the ordering process and timely feedback on the initial order. I would have given a much higher rating if I had been given more information on the progress of the shipping timeline. I realize that given the recent weather disruptions that shipping delays are possible, but a progress report would be most helpful as my installer is awaiting some word on a ship date in order to plan his work schedule. Please let me know when you have a firm date so I can relay the info to my garage. Thank You!

Easy to use and order. The part needed was on hand. The only downside so far is my engine has not shipped yet after 7 days?

Hi - This is my third time purchasing a used auto part from SW Engines. Obviously I would not have chosen them again, if the issue I had were major. Regarding this most recent purchase, it is a little too soon to ask for a review. I have not even received information regarding whether or not my used engine has shipped.

SWEngines was very helpful in getting an engine for my son's 2002 Dodge Durango. Just wish shipping could be a little faster.
