Great customer service

Lisa was very friendly and helpful. She even put up with my jokes.

SWE was very helpful to me getting a replacement engine for my daughter's car. Price and no shipping were a big selling point for me.

so far i am pleased ,but only ordered my engine

Prompt service and answered all my questions.

Had a great experience with SW engine. They had what I needed and good price, low mileage and great warranty!

ordering is nice and simple. takes about a week to get confirmation on the actual shipping, but still an easy process. hopefully in 2 weeks i should have my order. not totally free shipping its a small fee to deliver in a residential address. but I guess that's from the shipping company

Lisa was my representative at SW and she prevented me from ordering the wrong engine. The engine arrived within 14 working days and was clean and ready to be installed however the reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because everyone of the exhaust manifold bolts were broken off and had to be drilled out and re tapped costing several additional hours of expensive shop time once the engine was installed it has been running fine and maintains great oil pressure also the compression was within specs on each cylinder. UPDATE, 15,000 miles later and the motor has not given me the slightest problem and still starts and runs great even in 30 below zero MN winters.

deliver time was a little late, but my engine was very clean with low millage as i was told.

Easy ordering and great prices along with low milage and warranties. What's not to like? Nothing! As far as time to receive order and condition, is yet to be seen. I'll edit review upon reception and inspection of my order. Edit done and very happy with this engine. 2004 6.0 vortex that went in my 2500hd silverado. Bought an engine from SWEngines for my Ford truck. Engine runs great, good customer service, and reasonable shipping times. Would purchase another motor if necessary.

I got a great motor from SW ENGINES read my review . I read a bunch of negative reviews and started doubting my decision but after communicating with Dale (email ,he doesn't answer phone guess he actually works but promptly replies to email) I could tell he wasn't out to screw no one and maybe if some of those folks actually communicated with him they could have seen it too,? Ok motor cranked right up sounds great no smoke !!! Thanks SW. Like other posts when I took off oil pan it had white sludge in it and I immediately emailed Dale Jones in shipping. He said my oil pan or left motor out in rain and if I'd have stopped there I would have made a mistake and wrote a nasty review. But I continued communication an WE figured it had to be from cleaning the motor nothing else made sense . He told me install motor if water getting in oil he would take it back no charge no fees . He offered to take it back then no charge no fees! So let me tell you this was August 23 then the hurricane hit and destroyed my property no longer wooded god cleared it for me wish he'd send a crew to clean up those 100 trees lol. Well then my 53 y.o.stepson went in hospital and ended up passing away from cancer. I've corresponded alot with Dale and let me tell you he wants to send you a good motor I guarantee it . His job depends on it . Thanks Dale if I would have sent that motor back I'd have made a mistake ,it sounds great and doesn't smoke THANK YOU!!!!! It was fast and easy to finance my motor at SW. Did I pay a little more , sure but at least I was able to get one . And low miles and a 5 year or 50,000 mile warranty. That's unheard of. Now I'll update when I actually get the motor but the order and finance was a breeze . THANKS SW Fixing to fire her up but one thing I can tell you is that Dale Jones in their shipping department wants you to get your money's worth. Not a doubt in my mind. And as with used parts from anywhere it doesn't always happen . I've seen people buy used cars and break down that night . Not a perfect system but I will tell you he tries his best . Later. PS , if you want 5 year warranty has to be installed within 10 days of receiving the motor . Heck I'm 67 I knew I wouldn't be done in 10 days ended up taking me months with all the stuff going on in my life I didn't get it done in time to get any warrant but I don't care it's stronger than the motor that I drove for 6 years and I'm perfectly satisfied . I give them 100 out of 100. Shipping was fast , communication was good and the motor is great if I couldn't have got it financed by Pay Tomorrow it would still be broke down in the yard so don't believe all the reviews, If I'm ripped off I'll dang sure tell you read my review of O'Daniels Garage in Baytown Texas.

I read the negative reviews after purchasing the engine. I ordered a CX9 Mazda 2012 engine on Oct 5 2023, Oct 11 I was informed it had shipped, arrived at my mechanic’s shop Oct 24. It was suppose to have 63000 miles, according to my mechanic it was in good shape and he installed it. At this writing I have had no issues with the engine. For me, THEY DID IT RIGHT.

Good price promptly shipped made it so it was worth repairing my vehicle instead of replacing it

The man who answered the phone was excellent! Very patient, understanding and helpful. Buying an engine online is not something I've done (and hope to never do again) so the professional nature of the entire purchase was wonderful!
