My experience with Sw engines online was easy don't get me wrong I am worrying about what I will get but the ordering was easy and they gave me a really good discount on my GMC Sonoma 4.3l engine with 86k on it. With that being said I hope more people will try them.

I purchased an engine for my 2008 Taurus limited in 2016 with only 38k miles on it, still have this engine to date 06/2020. This engine is great.

People, DO NOT buy an engine from these guys, they use 3rd party suppliers that you can not go back to with a problem.I ordered a engine that supposedly had only 53,500 miles, when it was delivered i could tell immediately this motor was no good, with a lot more miles than what was stated. there was heavy oil sludge around the oil fill cap and the throttle body, telling me that this motor had a lot of blow-by. a compression test showed 45 to 75 psi compression in all the cylinders. you can not get a real person on the phone, just voice mail, once they have your money, they want nothing to do with you. you are forwarned!! Have your bad engine rebuilt at a local machine shop!

SWE is quick to answer and respond to all important questions.They are very knowledgable and concerned that you as the consumer get the imformation and the product that you need.

After an exhaustive search for an engine I found one here with a 5 year/50 thousand mile warranty . That's more than they offer for remanufactured engines . I couldn't be more pleased !

Purchased 300-72732A 2001 Acura CL Engine (3.2L, 6 cylinder, VIN 4, 6th digit) Type-S on August 13, 2018. Have waited until now to review to determine if engine is as advertised. Am happy to say that engine has been excellent. Have over 12K miles on it now and it doesn't leak a drop of oil. Has good power and runs very well. Would definitely recommend Southwest Engines to anyone.

Had the transmission I was looking for. Shipping times pretty normal freight times 1-2 weeks or so. They had multiple options for what i was looking for.

I have purchaswed two replacement engines, both for Volvos from Southwest over approximately eight years. Both are performing excellently with no noticely oil consumption. I am very satified with this company and have ordered third engine. This time for a 1998 Toyota Camry.
