Your sales staff was fine my engine has not even shipped giving a review at this point is pointless if you want valid feedback ask me about this purchase after part is received and installed.

They been very helpful and has emailed me when they pulled motor from stock and sent it to Quality control now waiting on them to ship more in a few days Thank y'all

My experience with SWengines was great. I liked that they had a warranty on the engine that I was looking for. It took a little time to get the motor but in the long run it was worth it. Lisa was a great help thru the ordering process.

After negotiating and settling on a price I was given a quote. I called and paid for the engine. Next business day I was sent email that stated engine was being pulled from stock and being checked and packaged. I was told the engine would arrive within 10-14 days. It arrived as promised. This was an engine for a Vue hybrid. I had to change thermostat housing as it didn't match my engine. Install completed without incident. Engine developed a small oil pan leak after a couple hundred miles. Pulled oil pan a resealed. Just completed my 1000 mile oil change and so far engine is working great. I was suspect of using SWEngines after reading several negative reviews but decided to try. So far it has been a great experience. I would do business with them again.

Service was excellent.CSR was knowledgeable and helpful.Shipping was asinformedand on time.Engine was installed by local shop and is performing well.All in all a good online shopping experience.

I do not work in the Auto Industry and needed an engine for my Jeep Liberty. The website was easy to use and delivery was so quick it was hard to believe it came from the Midwest to CA so quickly. I have referred SW Engines to my mechanic for use with other customers.

bought a used engine for my 99 RAV 4 SWE employees were helpful and courteous thru process. Had it installed by certified mechanic and after 3mos seems okay. Only complaint was all hoses, accessories were cut off and slight oil leak. Haven't seen an older engine that doesn't leak a little. All in all it has been a positive experience.

It took me months and years to find a good used engine with warranty. Until I found d Southwest engine's. There customer service is completely honest and easy. I plan on telling friends and family about you guys. The motor they choose for me is silent and fast. Thanks

The delivery time took over a month to ship. It was longer than expected. Make sure that you follow the instructions for activating the warranty because it is time sensitive. Over all the price was reasonable and so far the used engine is running good.I would order again. .

I recently purchased an engine for my 2005 XJ VandenPlas with a little over 64000 miles. I have had it for about 3 months and have been very please so far with it's quality and performance. It was a HUGH savings over going thru a dealership. It is very quite and runs as smooth as a new engine. Time will tell, but so far so good. Also, the SW Engines personel were very professional when I called to inquire and timely sending the engine to the mechanic shop

Engine came in great shape. It was clean and no damage of components. Crated very well. Installed easily and runs great! Highly recommended. You get what they tell you up front.

Engine was very dirty and full of leaves must have been stored outside. Had to replace a few gaskets and hoses. Otherwise engine runs and arrived on schedule.
