MyReputation.com It might surprise you buy I actually researched and found my son's MINI Engine. I'm a MINI owner as well, so was the most qualified to search online for his specific engine. He's a nurse his 12 hour shifts do not give him much time online. I called SWEngines to verify we found the correct "supercharged" engine for his 2003 R53. The person I spoke with was kind and respectful, not indifferent that I was female talking "shop" with them. We are appreciative and excited to have his car back on the road soon. MyReputation.com The ordering process was easy. It's now been 5 days and all I have is an email with my order number and a generic timeline of 7-14 business days. I talked to the sales department on the phone and asked questions like where specifically will my engine be shipping from. They couldn't answer. I asked what the engine VIN number or car VIN number the engine came from. They couldn't answer. I was instructed to respond to the email of the quote I generated to ask these questions. I did that and it's been several days with no response. I have received more emails asking for a review of the ordering process than I have with actual information on my order. I want to think that the several thousands of dollars I spent on an engine will be ok, but right now i'm just a bit unsure and keeping my fingers crossed. I don't understand why it would be so difficult to share a bit more information. Here's the details on your engine. Here is where the engine is currently located. Here's what day we anticipate it shipping out. Here's what shipping company we will likely use. Here is a better estimate of when it will be delivered. I've got 5 thousand dollars tied up in something I literally have no information on. It's concerning for sure.

Google Ordering an engine was pretty straight forward. Tell them the vehicle make and model and they send you a quote. Been about a week since I ordered my engine and haven’t received any notification that it has shipped yet, but thanks to the supply chain issues I’m pretty sure the moment it ships I’ll get notified.

MyReputation.com I was never told the delivery time would be 10 to 14 days! I have attempted to contact the agent In charge 4 TIMES with no response. His extension is 2063. This is sad. The agent answering the phone was professional and exemplary, but the guy at that extension is absent.

Google I don't usually comment until the transaction is done. The email has compelled me to comment. When I got to speak to the woman from Wisconsin she was helpful and efficient. She took the order and now I wait the transaction to be complete. Not much more to say...until the engine arrives.

Google They were very courteous. Prompt on responding to emails. Helpful on finding the correct engine. Pricing was the best out of 6 other quotes that I received. Will definitely be returning to do business with them again and again.

MyReputation.com Ordering engine was a breeze, paying for the engine was easy although having it delivered to my residence cost an additional $125, which was unexspected. I received an email informing me the the transaction was processed,and will be delivered within 14 days. I have not received any tracking information yet.

MyReputation.com Has a problem with communication, SW Engine had a problem communicating status of transmission ordered. I had to call SW Engine to get status. The correct information was not provided until 21 days had passed. I can give the a 5 rating on a quick return on payment of transmission. There my have been issues out of their control but they fail to communicate this, that is the reason for the average rating A Williams
