I called looking for a specific engine and was quickly told what was in stock. He didn’t have to check with anyone. Knowing your inventory is important to me. I placed my order which the entire transaction took less than 15 minutes. I’m now awaiting shipping confirmation. I can’t wait! I’m ready to be driving my truck again.

So far good people to deal with. Haven't heard anything about delivery date yet.

Just ordered the product, but so far it has been a great experience.

When my initial phone call a gentleman answer the phone and I explain to him I was trying to purchase a motor for my truck. I gave him the order number from the estimate, at sometime I had asked in reference to the return of the core. When he explained it to me for some reason I did not understand and we were misunderstanding one another. He then began to get angry at me and told me that he deals with people every single day and none of them ever have a problem with the way he explains things and then it must be me not understanding. He began to become frustrated with me and began to use foul language and then said if you don’t like this for customer service you’re gonna love this and hung up on me. I was trying to purchase a $4,000 motor from this company, and would expect so much more from them with customer service. I then called back and talked with another young man that was kind and very helpful. I made the purchase after talking with the warranty department and having my concerns explained. Actually thought about cancelling my purchase for the next 3 days because of the disrespectful attitude and the treatment shown while buying their products. I certainly do not want to do business with a company that allows this behavior. I hope he was only having a bad day, and can be trained better with difficult situations while people are spending their hard earned money and many other companies that would gladly take my $4k and treat me much better.

The ordering experience was good. The procing was good. The only negative is the delivery time as I have to wait 7-14 days (excluding weekends) for my order. Hope to receive it soon.

Received the engine with minimal delay, had it installed and running in no time. The engine started right up and ran smoothly. Customer was very happy. Activated warranty with minimal effort, still awaiting review of warranty information. I highly recommend and will use SW engines in the future.

I seem to be the exception here but I've learned that people are more motivated by anger to leave a review than any other experience. So here we go.... I purchased a 2009 Kia Sedona engine from this company back in March 2015 for $2040. 7 years and 106K miles later I'm still driving the ol' grocery-getter and this engine shows NO sign of giving up any time soon.
