We ordered our engine from SW Engines on December 22,2021. This is Jan. 3rd and have not heard anything about a shipping date yet. Hopefully will hear something soon. The ordering on the phone was easy enough and they had the engine we needed.

Online quote was quick and the price I paid. Email communication from them is good. They make the online ordering process easy

Although the delivery was slow (not sw engines but the carrier had delayed the shipment)I did receive the engine. It is being installed by a reputable mechanic.The mechanic said it looked good except for a little surface rust SW engines have so far done what they promised me. I will give another review as soon as the mechani has it running. I recommend them although some people feel different. I

While I have not yet received our purchase, I can say the ordering process was simple and efficient. When I called with questions I was well taken care of.

When I first called onto SW Engines I was lost, ( trying to help my daughter in law) I had no idea what I was actually looking for. There was 5 different options. Lisa was the lady that answered my call she told me exactly what I needed to find out and was super patient and friendly with me. When I called back with all the appropriate information she helped me strike a deal for the engine to get some money off and got me on my way. She took her time with a very worried mother. It's amazing to know that there is still a company tha company that is about helping the customer. If I ever need another engine or transmission I will definitely use this company again.

We were looking for a motor to put in a 22yr old Toyota. Of the people we contacted, SW were absolutely the best to work with. From the moment of online request to final paperwork, they were professional, knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. The best experience.

The individual on the telephone was very helpful and made the ordering process easy. Since this is our first time using this company, we are still waiting to review the entire process until the engine actually is shipped and arrived. That being said, the ordering process was very easy.

It was very easy to order from this site and when I called with a couple questions they were answered quickly and info gathered for shipping to expedite shipping. However I was told I would receive tracking info but I haven’t as of yet unless my order has not yet been shipped

SWEngines was fast and courteous. The engine shipped promptly and estimated delivery is earlier than expected. Hopefully, the engine performs as well as the customer service.

I haven't received the engine yet, but my initial experience with customer service was a positive one. I called back with questions after placing my order and they were answered in a friendly and satisfying way.

No updates. I feel like I am just left I am left in the wind. Still don't know where the engin is. It has been past 14days and I have no update. I am beginning to wonder if I have been scammed.

The personal of sw engines were helpful in assisting me on my purchase. Although the ratings we're not so good, I felt that I could trust them on delivering my engine and a good price. I will recommend them to anyone needing an engine or transmission and with a great warranty. ?

I ordered this engine for my 2003 Dodge Intrepid, based on reviews that I had read on you company site. I received the engine (delayed shipment) and had it installed. Thus far, it appears to be a good engine and seems to run perfectly. My rub with the company is their phony warranty. I ordered the engine, it took a while to be shipped and when the mechanic got it, he was very busy with other jobs. After the engine was installed, I attempted to enter the information in to activate the 'warranty.' I then discovered that the warranty wasn't worth the paper it was printed on, in that it took the mechanic approximately 2 weeks to remove the old engine and reinstall the rebuilt one I purchased from your company. My suggestion is if you are going to warranty an item that you sold, make it a legitimate warranty, not some come on scam. As I stated, the engine appears to be fine, but the supposed warranty is essentially of no value. I am a retired police officer. I am very diligent in servicing my vehicle. The bottom line is that I don't like scams, as it applies to your warranty. Thus the reason that I gave you 3 stars. Insofar as the engine is concerned, I give you 5 stars. Please try to make your product warranty and stipulations in applying for the warranty more realistic. You can't finalize the purchase of one of your engines without signing off on the terms and conditions, which is basically a trap and a scam.

Good service as far as ordering goes. Great customer service. Still have not received shipping information and delivery date so cannot give full review.

Service and attention was great!. Haven't received the engine to install yet but when it is installed I will make another review on condition and running. Ricky Kern
