My ordering experience was relatively easy. The staff was friendly, finding the right motor was relatively easy as well. My payment experience was a little more difficult. I’ve yet to receive the motor and it’s yet to ship it’s been approximately five days since the money left my account. All in all not a bad experience.

Thank you very much SWEngines. We placed our order for a used engine on April 18, 2018. We had our invoice Number on April the 20. Inv. # 314118, . We were promised to receive the engine on May 8, 2018 at 5:00PM. We did receive it on that date at 4:35PM. Our Mechanic installed the engine and on Memorial Day, May 28, 2018 we put the truck back on the road and it is running perfect. Thank you again. You are great!!!

Ordering was quick and painless, They had exactly the engine I needed. The price was right. Now just waiting for delivery so we can get this installed and then I'll be back for a final rating.

The online quote from was really easy to use. The order process was simple and easy to use. I really liked my experience in this website.

Very fast ordering set up and they even took 50 dollars off the price of the engine with out me asking and they have free shipping.

I ordered and paid for my engine on may 7 th. It didn’t ship until the 18 th. The one time I did call to ask about it the guy answers the phone by saying tracking. No name no how may I help you. He said Id get it by the end of the month. I don’t understand what took so long to get it picked up by Carrier. Once RNL freight had it process was pretty swift I recieved it on may 29 th. Motor was very clean and carfully striped to a skid. Anything that had an opening was cover to prevent dirt from entering. They don’t give you any certification on miles on engine. Kinda don’t like that.overall satisfied just need to get to carrier faster. But prepare to wait about a month.

The phone rep was very helpful and gave good information. The online ordering process was easy and straight-forward. The ONLY thing I’m absolutely not liking is the ridiculous wait for shipping confirmation. It’s been 9 business days and we haven’t gotten any indication that our engine has been shipped (or even in stock). Meanwhile, our vehicle sits at a garage waiting.....

Good deal, lots of parts on the motor and with a warranty

Well all i know is that I found the part i needed (an Engine) and spoke to Lisa in Customer Service. She is very good she talks a little fast but remember I am an "old" southerner. She was very nice cooperative and she knows her vehicles and parts. Im waiting on a tracing number now. I think Fri we closed the deal today is Mon.

The only reason I haven't given a 5th star is because it seems to take too long to get a tracking number or even an explanation on estimated shipping of the engine will be. Other than that, I am satisfied with everything so far.

Your Customer Service needs to spend a bit more time with customer and help resolve questions and issues in a more friendly manner. I had contact with other department (outside of sales) and person responding was very abrupt with his answer and hung up before I could ask a second question. I also sent a email asking for assistance which after almost 2 weeks I have had no response.

SWEngines was very easy to work with. Prompt to answer my call and share available engines. Price was a little better than other places I called but combined free shipping made their engine a great deal. Their 50k mile warranty on a fairly low milage engine was the icing on the cake. Placed my order, got an email to confirm before I got off the phone. Still waiting on the engine to ship almost a week later so it's not the fastest option on the Internet but luckily I have alternative transportation. Hopefully the engine will be delivered in good condition in a few days and I'll be back on the road. I'll adjust my rating once I have received, installed, and confirmed engines condition. Update - received engine. Took a little longer than I expected based on my initial conversation with SWEngines who said I'd get it in a week but the site does say something about 14 days so I'm not going to complain. Engine was delivered steam cleaned and painted so I couldn't tell what condition the engine was in before it shipped. It has a 50k mile warranty so I'll hope for the best. Easy transaction and best price I found. No problems having it shipped to my mechanic and delivery is included in the sale price. Give them a call if you need an engine.

easy to understand and order,but still waiting for shipping date.pricing ok but said they would accept reasonable offer but gave no info on how to make an offer.hopefully all goes well and don't have to use it but a warranty is nice

I purchased a BMW Engine, very happy

I didn't talk to anyone when I ordered the engine. I requested a quote a response came pretty fast. I didn't order right away. Within 24 hr, I received a second quote with a lower price. I was hoping for another quote. So three days later I ordered it. Awaiting information on shipping. This is my second engine purchase from swengines. Cant wait to get it and get our ride going. Great warranty too.

Everything was excellent except for a long wait on delivery. I would still go back again. they really do have the best for your money.
