Google I found SW Engines easy to order. They were the only company to send a follow up email when asked for a bid. I docked 1 star because of delay in shipping confirmation.

Google Agent was very helpful and courteous. Was able to make a decision on discounting without having to wait for approval. Thank you for give gn them that authority. Makes things so much easier. Just wish the motor shipped faster, but I guess you can't have it all!

Google good and effective response. I wish you could accept American Express Cards. You would increase your sales.. Even if you have to add the extra cost of the card use

MyReputation.com It was easy to get a quote and I have paid for the engine already, but still do not have a tentative date for delivery or shipment of the engine, it's been about a week now.

MyReputation.com Would just like to say, the order process was very easy, they kept me up to date on where my engine was at and very helpful when I did have any questions. Got the engine put in my truck yesterday and so far no issues at all. OverAll very satisfied.

Having a shipping address changed by making a phone call was easy, however I can add nothing else as this is my second request to fill out this survey but I do not have a tracking number or an estimated delivery date yet so I would say the survey is premature.

MyReputation.com This was the second time to order an engine from SW and it went as smoothly as the first. I did notice that my credit card payment hit the bank as soon as I made the order. Although on this Suzuki engine was the second time that I got a quote , which was instantly, I noticed that the engine I was now buying had 20000 less miles on it than the first quote and that was a plus for them. I did call customer sales t ask a couple of question and they were answered quickly without having to go to a third party. I'm sure that the swap out of the engines will go just as smoothly being done by a professional.

MyReputation.com While the online quote method was simple and efficient, and while the gentleman with whom I placed my order was friendly and professional, there was one wrinkle in the ordering process that could be a lot simpler: following the order placement, you receive an email invoice. My credit card had already been approved for the purchase, but be forewarned: if your home/billing address is in one state, but you are having your motor shipped to another state AND you don't have access to things like fax machines or printers, there is no way to confirm and complete the transaction. After two full days of taking photos of license and credit card and signature, etc., along with many phone calls and emails to the order tracking individual, the matter was finally resolved. Lesson: blow up your motor in your home state (not 2000 miles away), or have access to things like faxes, etc.. Oh, and this is day #3- still no shipping confirmation. The communication in case of SNAFUs like this needs to be a LOT better. I just hope it is a great motor they're sending! Being stranded is getting old. If it were my business, I think I would have offered to ship it in some expedited manner to help make up for lost time, etc.. Just saying.

MyReputation.com The company was recommended by a former customer. It took 3 phone calls to get to a customer service rep that didn't sound as if I was bothering them. The first gentleman was very snappy and advised the engine wasn't available. I called back an hour later and the next gentleman advised the part was available but he too seemed irritated with questions. I guess the third time was a charm, the rep was very helpful, answered questions and explained the process. Just waiting on the part to ship at this time.
