MyReputation.com I was very pleased with the ordering process and timely feedback on the initial order. I would have given a much higher rating if I had been given more information on the progress of the shipping timeline. I realize that given the recent weather disruptions that shipping delays are possible, but a progress report would be most helpful as my installer is awaiting some word on a ship date in order to plan his work schedule. Please let me know when you have a firm date so I can relay the info to my garage. Thank You!

Regarding this most recent purchase, it is a little too soon to ask for a review. I have not even received information regarding whether or not my used engine has shipped.

MyReputation.com Having purchased a tranny five years ago, I did not spend time looking for used transmissions elsewhere when my current need arose - and I found it and at a competitive price. Took a while working with their shipping dept to convince them that rural communities don't have 'citified' receiving facilities,but all worked out well. They just want to sure their product is properly shipped
