They did not have the engine ordered within the promised timeline and promptly issued an order cancellation with no cancellation penalty. This is very professional conduct in my opinion. Customer service and sales departments were very communicative. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

MyReputation.com Gave five stars on ordering. From start to finish, it was simple and quick. No issues, no concerns. Used the finance option as I did not plan to purchase a motor. Fast response for approval. Motor has not shipped yet so we will see what’s next.
