Q: When can I expect to receive the engine I order?
A: On average, pending volume and weather, time for shipping takes approximately 7-14 business days.

Q: How will my engine be shipped?
A: Your engine will be drained of all fluids and then fully shrink wrapped and strapped to a 3x3 foot pallet and will arrive to your shipping address by means of carrier like R&L Carriers or Old Dominion.

Q: What can I expect to get?
A: You will get an engine or transmission that is 100% interchangeable for your exact automobile. Engines are particular for a certain model, make and year of your vehicle. We make sure your engine fits this criteria.

Q: What all will come with my Engine?
A: Your engine will arrive complete, minus Power Steering Pump, alternator, Starter, and AC Compressor. All the other parts that remain on the engines are only for convenience purposes.

Q: Will the engine I order come for the precise model, make and year that my automobile is?
A: It might, however OEM auto parts are interchangeable with several models, makes, and years. This means that the same engine is precise fit for several models and makes as determined by the OEM standards. You have our guarantee that the engine you order from us will fit your vehicle.

Q: Is free shipping included in all of your quotes?
A: Absolutely! For folks living in Hawaii or Alaska there is an additional shipping charge. Also there is a Residential shipping fee of $75 if you'd like your engine shipped to either your home address or these places in New York: Manhattan, Bronx, Long Island, Brooklyn, Staten Island, or Queens.

Q: What about warranties?
A: Our Gas Engines come with a FREE 5 Year Parts and Labor warranty. Diesel and Truck Engine warranties are for 3 years or 36,000 miles.

Q: How do you accept payment?
A: We accept MasterCard and Visa cards over the phone or through our website. We also accept Discover, but only when placing an order by phone. Also available are Wire Transfers.

Q: What do I do after I've placed my order and signed my invoice form?
A: Not a thing. You will receive an email with your tracking information in about one week.
